The day started with the men's squirt. Dustin Urban easily led the field, while the women's squirt was dominated by Deb O'Keefe. The K1 quaterfinals for the men saw a much
better standard with Billy Harris leading the way at over 400 points. However, I think Andre Hemmerle had the most dynamic rides. The top 10 men advance to the semis.
