My boyfriend says my Australian shepherd has more gear than he does. The Planet Dog Travel Bed is yet another sign he's right. Well, who can blame me? The dog loves to cuddle, never argues, doesn't hog the remote or complain about my driving. She deserves the best. Before the travel bed, she got a hand-me down sleeping bag for cushioning in the rear of my SUV. But that was heavy and a pain to clean. When your dog plays in the water, dirt and snow, there's no better bed to protect your car, rug or floor while padding the pooch. The Travel Bed rolls up with a handy carry strap and can easily attach to a backpack when you want to take it along on camping trips. You get a sleeping pad, why shouldn't your best friend? The bed's fluff comes from recycled Eco-Fill and provides insulation. It's covered with a removable, heavy-duty, water-resistant, machine-washable poly canvas also made from recycled plastic. Though the dirt brushes off easily, you can unzip the cover for more thorough yet easy cleaning. Lay this pad anywhere-crate, corner, back of the car or tentside. At least now if my boyfriend gets sent to the doghouse, he'll have a soft, warm spot to share with my little princess. Comes in Medium (22"x32"-$55), Large (24"x36"-$59) or XL (32 x 46"-$69).
