The C4 objective is to share canoeing as a safe, enjoyable, congenial and rewarding experience and:
- To provide opportunities for members to increase their canoeing proficiency.
- To provide social, informational and recreational opportunities associated with the sport.
- To coordinate canoeing activities as planned by tour leaders and/or organizers.
- To support and promote canoeing activities.
