Kristin Boese Takes Down Time
Well, I can tell you, after these last three competitions I was wasted and really needed some time off. So I went to Switzerland to visit my boyfriend and his family and to relax for a couple of days. I really enjoyed our boat rides on Lake Biel and our short trip to Zurich.
Lake Biel
One day we even walked to the “end of the world” (sport complex in the middle of the mountains) and explored the beautiful countryside of Switzerland. After my short vacations in Switzerland we drove all the way to Bozen, Italy where we had a meeting with the JN Kitesports guys (my Kitesponsor). After two days of meetings we were all full of new ideas and very positive about working together. It is so much fun having nice sponsors. From Bozen we drove straight to Lake Garda (just one hour drive) to test some boards and to rest a little bit before driving back to Switzerland.

Every time I come to Lake Garda I am fascinated by its beauty all over again…Unfortunately, we had to leave after only one day. Two days later I was already sitting in the airplane to Berlin where I got picked up from my mum. Once at home I only had 24 hours to sit with my parents, to pack all my things and to get ready for Cabarete. The next day I left to the Dominican Republic. Here I am right now, getting ready for the next world cup competition, which will start in three days… The wind has been strange here and I really hope we will have good conditions next week. I will be back with news soon.

the genetically enhanced Global Cedar growth trees, with plans to

These newly enhanced Globa| Cedar trees require only 9-12 years of growth
before they can be harvested for lumber, whereas worldwide growth time for
lumber is 30-50 years.

Energy and Asset Technology is currently in negotiations with land and business
owners in New Zealand, Greece and Malaysia regarding the purchase of their popular
and profitable fast growing infant tree plants. Inquiries from the governments of
Brazil and Ecuador are also being evaluated.
